Driver's License Revoked!

It never ceases to amaze me at the number of people driving in the Atlanta metro area THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE A DAMN LICENSE!! I know some people are just not that smart, or don't pay attention, but what do you not understand about a red arrow at a turn lane??? JEESH! I wish I would have been coming across traffic so the dumbass would have hit me!
